effectively lead Disciple Making Series and mentor new disciple makers

-Identify potential leaders through observation in training sessions, micro-groups.
-Pair emerging leaders with experienced mentors for guidance and facilitation training.
-Offer hands-on leadership opportunities in micro-groups, workshops, and special events.
-Provide leadership training modules in conjunction with the monthly Huddles to cover
communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation

-Steady pipeline of trained and equipped leaders ready to launch and sustain disciple
making groups.
