What You'll Find

  • Purpose:
To inspire and equip women to live intentionally for Christ in every sphere of life—home,
neighborhoods, work, and community—so that disciple making is a natural and ongoing
    expression of daily living.

  • Action Steps:
-Encourage each disciple to identify her unique mission field—family, work, social circles,
    sports, community
-Incorporate “missional living challenges” into disciple making groups, such as initiating a
faith conversation or service every week.
-Model missional living through testimonies and real-life examples shared during training
    sessions and gatherings
-Equip women with practical tools for relationships, hospitality and community
    engagement.
-Organize quarterly outreach events where women can invite friends, neighbors and co-
    workers to hear the Gospel.
-Encourage prayer walking in local neighborhoods as a means of spiritual engagement and
    awareness.
-Ask women in training to share monthly how they are living on mission.
    Expected Outcomes:
-Women intentionally sharing their faith in daily life with confidence and grace.
-Increased number of Gospel conversations and intentional acts of service in the
    community.
-A culture within the Church that sees every disciple as a missionary in her own context.
-Greater integration of disciple making into everyday activities, resulting in new
relationships and openness for the Gospel
    Timeline
-Short-term: Incorporate concepts of missional living in the initial training. Medium-term:
Arrange for semi-annual outreach events. Long-term: Establish a sustained culture of
missional living with ongoing testimonies, training and measurable community impact.
